We accept insurance from Atena, Cigna and United Healthcare plans as an Out-of-Network provider. We are an In-Network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield.

All coverage is dependent upon your individual plan and if it specifically provides for acupuncture coverage. Not all plans do.

Our insurance billers would be happy to verify your coverage. If you would like to have them check,  CLICK HERE to fill out the verification form (you need only complete the required fields marked by *), add “RUSH” to the notes section at the bottom and hit SUBMIT.

 It may take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to complete.
